Most audits finish within two hours. The exact time depends on how much chat-log data you upload: a month of conversations for a small store completes in minutes, a large historical export takes longer. You can close the tab and come back later: the report waits in your account.

Every bot answer is checked against your catalog and policies. On the product side that means invented items and SKUs, wrong prices and measurements, wrong attributes, materials, sizes and stock, and claims about origin, certification and sustainability. On the policy side it covers returns, refunds, warranty, shipping and fulfillment.

Vendor dashboards usually measure activity, resolution, satisfaction, and deflection. AiVerd independently verifies whether the answers themselves are true for your products, prices, variants, and policies.

The report also gives a Quality Score, hallucination rate, and the total revenue at risk across findings. It opens in your account and exports as a PDF you can hand to your team or your chatbot vendor.

Volume is measured after formatting, field names and identifiers are stripped, so it is well below the size of the files on disk. The On-Demand Audit (20 AP) covers a typical store's monthly conversations with room to spare. Usage is rounded up to the next whole point, so an upload under 1 MB still uses 1 Audit Point. Not sure? AiVerd anonymizes common personal data as each file is prepared for analysis, and you should still remove names, emails and phone numbers before uploading. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, are deleted automatically 90 days after upload, and you can request deletion at any time.
